TVR - terminal verification results

The 10-character Terminal Verification Results (TVR) contains a series of indicators set by the POS terminal recording both offline and online processing results.

Example (5 binary bytes) = 00-00-04-80-00
TLV = 95050000048000

When the byte 2 bit 8 is wrong, need check 9F08 and 9F09 value.

• 9F08 - APPLICATION VERSION NUMBER (ICC). The 4-character Application Version Number (ICC) is the version number of the chip card application.

• 9F09 - APPLICATION VERSION NUMBER (TERMINAL). The 4-character Application Version Number (Terminal) is the version number of the POS terminal payment application.
