To set "Enable Scrolling" as the default view in Adobe Acrobat Reader for every PDF you open, follow these steps:

Steps to Enable Scrolling by Default:

1. Open Adobe Acrobat Reader: Launch Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.

2. Go to Preferences:

   • On Windows: Click on Edit in the menu bar, and then select Preferences… from the dropdown.
   • On Mac: Click on Acrobat Reader in the menu bar, and then select Preferences….

3. Select "Page Display": In the Preferences window, locate and click on the Page Display category on the left panel.

4. Set Default Page Layout:

   • Under the Default Layout and Zoom section, look for the Page Layout dropdown menu.
   • Select Single Page Continuous (this is the mode that allows scrolling).

5. Save Settings:

   • Click OK to save your preferences and close the Preferences window.

6. Restart Adobe Reader (Optional): To ensure the changes take effect, close and reopen Adobe Acrobat Reader.
