Had quite a time setting up the dependencies on my computers. See my notes in the acinetoWGS project for more details about how to set it up on Ubuntu.

At the very least, would like to visualize:

1. The chromosomes
2. Tajima's D (by exon and by gene?)
3. Polymorphism?
4. Selective Sweeps?
