Once the plugin is installed, in Obsidian go to: Settings... > Note Toolbar and click/tap + New toolbar.

Getting started is as easy as:

1. Give your toolbar a unique Name
2. Add toolbar items (or search your existing toolbars or the Gallery)
3. Optionally set a position (it's under Properties by default) and style the toolbar

Then choose the notes on which to show toolbars, in Note Toolbar's settings (not shown below).
