Because genshin.chiya.dev does not store the email address of its users, it is not possible to automate the traditional account recovery process by sending a password reset email.

Instead, please contact luaneko:

• on Discord luaneko#1293 (preferred if you enabled Discord notifications)
• on Twitter
• via email

Recovery process

1. Contact us using one of the above contacts. You should supply information like your username. Please be patient for a response.

2. If you linked your Discord account to Genshin Schedule account, your ownership can be verified immediately because the sender Discord ID will match.

3. Otherwise, you will need to describe your recent activity on the account to prove your ownership like:

• List of characters, weapons and artifacts that were scheduled.
• The notes attached to certain characters, weapons and artifacts.
• What kind of tasks were marked in specific areas of the map.
• Which tasks were marked as hidden or had notifications enabled.

Of course, it is not possible to memorize all of these information and we don't expect you to, but you still need to make a reasonable effort to describe things in detail.

4. Your account password will be changed to a random string which you can sign in with. You should change it immediately.
