Installing apps requires the AppSync Unified tweak, and a way to install apps, whether it be from a .ipa file, or from an app store. It's better to use this over sideloading with Sideloadly or AltServer, since the apps expire after 7 days, while AppSync can keep them indefinitely.

Installing AppSync

• iPhone OS 3: (http://ios3.party)

Installing .ipas using a PC

You can install apps using a PC with a program and .ipa files. There's large big archive of .ipas here: https://archive.org/details/iOSObscura

• If you're on Windows, use iFunBox: https://www.i-funbox.com/en/index.html. If that doesn't work, use AppManager: https://github.com/kawaiizenbo/AppManager

Installing on-device

You'll either need to manually transfer .ipas from another device, or download them online on your device from websites https://iphoneosobscura.litten.ca or https://mtmdev.org/webapp . With install0us, you'll need to transfer the .ipas to /var/mobile/Downloads.

If you're on iOS 5-7, you can use Veteris (http://yzu.moe/dev), which is an app store with archived apps. Note that some apps from Veteris are broken and will show an Apple ID login screen that you can't bypass, and you'll have to try a different version of the app.
