Custom generators for cookbooks, templates, etc.

New in DK version 0.3.0: default Generators can be overwritten in the the DK's knife.rb configuration file

It is possible to ship extensions as Gems

Method to distribute custom Corporate DK configuration. Maybe Gem, maybe clone .chef URL with config file (knife.rb) the DK will use.
