Parameters

Name	Type	Comment
cURLMultiError	Integer	The error number to format
Encoding	TextEncoding	Optional. If specified, the encoding that the message should be converted into.

Remarks

Pass a libcURL multi interface error number, returns the error message for that error number. If a TextEncoding is specified, the message is converted into that encoding; otherwise, the message is encoded using ASCII.
