plots.preview_spike(filename, ...) is a basic viewer for the output of models.nerve_stimulation.

Syntax

  • -xy [coords] select axon closest to specified coordinates
  • -xyc select axon closest to middle of fascicle
  • -index [id] select specified axon. (default: select median threshold axon)
  • -no-e do not load EIDORS file or put electrode labels on plot
  • -stim [stim-filename] use specified EIDORS file
  • -split split stimulus levels into subplots and show one stimulus per row (example below). Can be finetuned using -spp [overlap_fraction] (default 2%) and -spc [color] default 90% light gray.
  • -cv plot diagonal line showing computed conduction velocity
  • -no-a suppress generation of anatomy inset showing location of displayed axon in the fascicle.
