eidors_model = make_gmsh_thinLayer(filename, layer_thicknesses, ... ) reads a gmsh .geo file and add thin-layers for perineurial sheaths around fascicles (and possibly other uses). make_gmsh_thinLayer can also override the GMSH object names using the syntax -name {thing:thing thing:thing ...}
