Reads an input file (such as example.json) and outputs the GMSH template code necessary to create the electrode geometry. Currently only handles planar rectangular, circular, and cylindrical (e.g cuff) electrodes.

Called by ~/source/array/planar-array.geo.template via tools.make_from_template.
