Known Issues	Requires using Optiscaler as `Optiscaler.asi` with `Ultimate ASI Loader` otherwise crashes on launch - check Notes
Notes	Download Ultimate ASI Loader x64 Rename ASI loader dll to `winmm.dll`, add it to the game folder where Optiscaler is installed as `Optiscaler.asi` Reactive Mask Bias at 0.65 seems to fix the flickering lights and improve car ghosting
