The class codes work really well if everyone who has an account remembers their password. If someone is new, no problem. They create an account on the fly this way. It's totally fine if there is a mix of new and returning students. In a perfect world, the instructor will ask all of their students to log in this way.

New Users

If the a student doesn't have an email address, they can make something up that ends with @example.com — for instance, [email protected]

Returning Users

After Step 3, the user account will be created and automatically added to the workgroup. No email confirmation required.

If the user logs out, they can log in either by clicking "I'm Back" or by going through the class login again.
