Arcane Trickster archetype
- The owner of the LGS, he bartered with a goblin for a piece of the Timepiece, and now he's using it to try and refurbish his collectibles
- Found in the the LGS Basement at the end of the eponymous quest
- Is not welcoming to the players, and wants to keep his operation a secret
- Does not want to give up him timepiece
STR 9, DEX 10, CON 13, INT 12, WIS 5, CHA 5
AC 10, HP 30, SPD 20, DC 10

- Tasha's Hideous Laughter (as "Norman's Hideous Nerd Banter" which makes characters nerd out on something)
- Magic Missle
Battle
- He typically won't give up the timepiece without a fight
- He'll use it to make "optimal plays" by re-rerolling any die that the DM rolls for him, essentially giving him advantage on each roll
- He may use the timepiece as a reaction, and during normal turns
- He can also give himself a bonus action, making him a formitable foe
- Players can distract him by destroying his collectibles, making him lose his focus and possibly surrender
- He will start to use his turns activating the timepiece to restore his broken collectibles instead of fighting the team
- This should give the players the opportunity they need to defeat him, and take the timepiece for themselves, if they want
- If the fight isn't going well for the players, utilize a bad roll to have them clumsily destroy one of the shelves of collectibles, thus provoking an emotional reaction from the owner
