The Eye of the Broken God sees all, and is the window to the soul. No one knows for sure how many eyes the God has.

Wielders of the eyes gain powers of perception beyond the normal. They gain a +3 to perception and investigation checks, and on occasion are granted visions and prompts from the God themselves. Once per long rest, the wielder can use the eye to gain truesight for 60 seconds.

A closed eye cannot see. If the wielder of the eye does not look where the eye suggests, it will 'close' and become dormant for a while, potentially cutting them off from crucial knowledge, and barring the use of its truesight ability. Continually ignoring the suggestions of the eye will drive the wielder mad, causing hallucinations, blindness, and double vision.
