Packet of Seed variants

Added in 1.3.0_stable

There are four packet of seed variants. These are wheat, melon, pumpkin and beetroot. They can be crafted with 9 of the respective seed into a packet, and the packet may be crafted back into 9 of the seed. You can also right click with the seed packet in hand, and it will use one packet and put 9 of the respective seeds in your inventory. They are stackable up to 16 packets each.
