First, the thought was like build everything in-house that shifted to keep this OCI-compliant. Currently, it is most like a proof of concept with a runtime created specifically to validate it. Moving forward, it will be developed in go (as OCI standards revolve around it) and use OCI-compliant deps (buildah, skopeo, runtimes, etc.) .
