By default, when you install Camellia you have random background configured. Each day Camellia will load new background randomly picked from our curated pool of images. We store all images inside public collection on free photo stock called Unsplash.

To add new images to curated collection, just create a discussion and provide a link to the picture. Some soft requirements are:

• Dark images preferred over bright;
• Neutral and simple backgrounds are welcome: ambient feel is really what we look for;
• No people, animals, insects, creepy stuff and products (cars, devices, etc), focusing on objects is not nice too;
• Politics is prohibited.

So we want to keep the collection as neutral is possible and want to avoid anything that may become a reason to change background or even delete the extension. We may reject your picture even if all requirements are met, we follow a subjective assessment when picking images.

If you have images that aren't uploaded to Unsplash, we can't accept them. We accept only images from Unsplash because this photo stock distributes them under its own free license. When you upload images there, you confirm that you are photo owner, and you allow distributing this photo under Unsplash's license.

If you want to remove some images from curated collection for some reason, you may also create a discussion, but don't forget to describe your opinion.
