Parentheses indicate a failure of communication between the programmer and the compiler. The programmer has to add them, to override some mistaken default interpretation of the code.

I've wasted too many months (years?!?) of my life searching for mismatched begin/end-blocks, brackets, quotes, etc. CaffeineScript all but eliminates the need for matching delimiters, via the consistent, universal application of:

• Blocks Instead of Brackets
• Binary Line-Starts
• Destructuring with Extract-Destructuring
