Interacting With the Support Page

How to Access the Support Page

Using the top navigation bar, click on "Support".

General Information Button

Clicking this button will open a window that displays General Information about DataSeq.

FAQ Button

Clicking this button will open a window that displays a list of Frequently Asked Questions and answers.

Announcements Button

Clicking this button will open a window that displays all recent Announcements from the team.

Contact Support Forum

  1. Enter your Email Address.
  2. Enter your Reason for contacting support.
  3. Enter any Additional Information related to your support request.
  4. Click the Submit Button and await an email response.
