You're teleported to everyone's favorite Doom 2 map (Thanks Sandy Peterson!). Reach the end to win.

You don't have to follow the entire path, as there are some tricky jumps you can make to skip parts of the course. Near the end, the path veers to the right, but has a circular section ahead. Drop down to the center to catch a 1-Up.
