Finding the winning edge book

When those who recount the history of the game list the most influential people in the NFL, Bill Walsh will clearly be among the names of Halas, Lombardi, Brown, Landry, Knoll and Shula. But when you consider who influenced the game the most in terms of those who sought to copy, imitate, replicate, or extend a particular system, style, or structure, Bill Walsh stands alone. In Seeking Advantage, a coach from three Super Bowl championships illustrates and describes the basic principles of organization, training, and systems that he has used throughout his career.

He suggests reading this book only if he plans to become the head coach of a soccer organization. However, he wasn't in the industry or a coach, so he didn't feel like reading any further. After reading this, I consider Bill Walsh to be an incredibly smart person and a soccer coach. I'd probably like it better if he lived in his time and experienced how his team played. I'm a pitiful Jet fan, and as a result, I don't have NY Jet trainers writing!
