this is the current plan for pairing users.

• Admin selects two applicants from dashboard
• System checks if they’re already matched
• If not, clicking “Pair” triggers:
  • Notification to each user
  • Match stored in DB

• Genre + writing style = base match
• Age range + contact method = secondary check
• Bonus score for similar OC tags or tropes
• Auto-send “You’ve been matched!” messages
