This article provides troubleshooting for an issue where Ledger Live is active and running but not appearing on your desktop or laptop display.

This problem often arises after disconnecting from a secondary or extended monitor. In such instances, try holding the Windows key and pressing ‘P‘ to choose PC screen only.

Please download the last update of Ledger Live Application:

1.Ledger Live for Windows 10/11

2.Ledger Live for MAC

3.Ledger Live for Android

If you aren’t using a secondary display, another solution is to hold the ‘Alt‘ key and press the ‘Space bar‘ then click on ‘Maximize‘ to bring Ledger Live back into view.

Alternatively, consider adjusting your screen resolution on your Windows or macOS computer, or reinstalling Ledger Live and subsequently re-adding your accounts with your Ledger device.
