Pomodoro Timer - brohan-byte/Flowcus GitHub Wiki
Flowcus is based on the popular Pomodoro learning technique, which helps improve productivity and time management. This method involves working in focused 25-minute sessions, followed by short 5-minute breaks. After completing four cycles, a longer break of 10-15 minutes is taken before repeating the process.
It's easy to get distracted, and many of us, myself included, often find ourselves picking up our phones and scrolling through social media without even realizing it. Flowcus helps tackle this issue by keeping you accountable.
The built-in Pomodoro timer runs continuously unless the application detects signs of distraction. If the user looks away from the screen for an extended period or starts using their phone, Flowcus will send an alert, reminding them to refocus and stay on track.
