ROS tutorials are awesome, but have their drawbacks. They aim to teach users about the detailed elements of ROS usage while remaining agnostic to applying those concepts actual robot systems. In a cruel twist of fate, this makes the tutorials excellent as a reference for seasoned users, but poor for first time learners. These walkthroughs will take a different approach: identify a specific problem, then walk through how ROS should be setup to solve that specific problem.
