Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI)

This Responsibility Assignment Matrix defines the roles and responsibilities of each team member for the deliverables of the MVP Milestone.

We use the standard RACI model:

• R (Responsible): The developer(s) who actively writes the code or creates the document.
• A (Accountable): The person responsible for reviewing, approving, and merging the pull requests. (Strictly one 'A' per task)
• C (Consulted): The person(s) whose technical expertise is sought during the implementation.
• I (Informed): The person(s) kept up-to-date on progress.
