- Populating the database with mock data for the MVP

- Demo Scenario Optimization: We expanded the demo scenario to ensure every core feature is showcased. The team practiced the flow 3-4 times to ensure smooth transitions between front-end and mobile features.
- Role Solidification: Finalized who will be speaking during specific parts of the demo and who will be handling technical questions from the audience.
- Document 1 Foundation: Mert has prepared the initial structure and base of Document 1; the team reviewed the template and requirements. Sezin submitted the document to Moodle on time.
- Release Success: Aysu successfully released the software with the app and source code included.
- Deployment Success: After populating the database, Kemal confirmed that our deployment server was capable of handling the load and working successfully.
- Feature Gap Check: Discussed the need for a few more user stories to fully capture the breadth of the current implementation.
- Identified a couple of minor bugs and applied quick fixes to ensure a smooth presentation and submission.
