1. Discuss and finalize frameworks and tech stack (frontend, backend, database, deployment, tools)
2. Align on project structure and development environment setup
3. Begin the implementation stage by confirming initial development approach
4. Break down and assign issues and tasks for Week 1

Discussion Items

• React (frontend), React Native (mobile) and Django (backend) frameworks will be adopted
• Mobile and web applications will utilize a shared backend
• Three main branches (front-end, back-end, mobile) will be created, with individual sub-branches for each issue/feature.
• Deployment activities will not be included in the first week
• Leaflet will be used as the initial map library
• A .env file will be used to manage secret data and backend URLs
• An initial .gitignore file and a basic repository structure will be established
• The database choice (MySQL vs PostgreSQL) will be finalized in tomorrow's meeting.
• The authentication endpoint will be implemented during the first week
• Backend and frontend/mobile teams will hold separate coordination meetings on 18.03.2026 at 17:00
