- The team reviewed the Final Milestone Plan in the wiki and aligned the mobile work with the Final Release deadline of 14.05.2026.
- It was noted that Week 1 (14.04.2026 – 20.04.2026) in the final milestone is focused on Profile Enhancements & Follows, so profile-related and follow-related mobile issues were prioritized first.
- Based on the issue descriptions, profile management, account deletion, post-registration profile completion, and follow/unfollow features were planned as the main early deliverables.
- Supporting technical tasks such as GeoJSON consumption and standards-backed metadata compatibility were scheduled after the initial profile/follow work.
- UI polish work on the Story Detail Page was planned for the later phase of the milestone so that final release stabilization could include visual refinement as well.
- The team assigned each issue with a responsible developer and a planned start/end date to keep the final milestone workload clear and trackable.
