When to Meet?
Considering social life, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday should be free and are not suitable for meetings. Meeting right after the lecture makes sense, as it allows us to discuss weekly tasks while they are still fresh and to start on assignments promptly. It’s an option to have two meetings: a short one after the lecture (Thursday) and a longer one in the middle of the week (Tuesday). The Thursday meeting would be for setting tasks, and the Tuesday meeting would be for checking progress. We voted on having two meetings on Tuesday and Thursday, and 9 out of 11 people favored this method.Anıl created a poll using When2Meet to decide the timing for the two meetings. Results can be found here. According to the poll, we decided on the following schedule:
- Meeting Frequency: Two short meetings each week instead of one long one.
- Tentative Schedule:
- Tuesdays: 20:00 - 21:00
- Thursdays: 18:00 - 19:00
🏗️ Project Selection
- A discussion board will be created to talk about potential projects and vote on them.
- Key Criteria for choosing a project:
- Understandability for all team members
- Alignment with team interests
- Action Item: Each member should review proposed projects and vote for the most suitable ones.

- Discussion: We will discuss the most upvoted projects in the related discussion board asynchronously and decide on one of them.

📌 Project Requirements
- A draft of the requirements will be discussed and finalized once the project is chosen.
- Elicitation questions will be prepared.

- Expectation: All team members must push at least one commit to the Git: in a Nutshell wiki page before the next class.
- Resource: A Git/GitHub usage guide will be prepared and shared to help everyone.
