    • Situation: Peter is an adventurous man with countless stories from his life. He has always dreamed of writing a book to share his experiences, but he has no idea where to start. He had posted a request for "Writing Lesson Needed" on the Neighbour Assistance Board, and assigned it to Brian who volunteered. After lessons with Brian he is ready to start on his book.
    • Goal: Peter wants to confirm the completion of his task "Writing Lesson Needed" on the Neighbour Assistance Board after he received the help he needed.

  • Registered User: Brian Griffin

    • Age: 8
    • Location: Rhode Island, USA
    • Job: Dog, Writer
    • Situation: Brian is a talking dog and an intelectual. He has taken an understanding in literature and loves helping others in this area. When he saw Peter's request "Writing Lesson Needed" he volunteered immediately wanting to share his expertise and spread knowledge. He gave Peter several courses of writing lessons until Peter was ready to start on his book.

✅ Preconditions

  • Peter Griffin and Brian Griffin are registered users on the Neighbour Assistance Board platform.
  • The "Writing Lesson Needed" request has been posted by Peter and assigned to Brian.
  • Peter has received writing lessons from Brian and is ready to confirm the completion of his request "Writing Lesson Needed".
  • Peter is logged in to the platform.

🧭 Main Flow (Steps)

  1. Peter navigates to his Dashboard. (Requirement 1.1.3.3)
  2. Peter sees "Writing Lesson Needed" with status In-Porgress in his DashBoard. (Requirement 1.1.8.4)
  3. Satisfied, Peter clicks “Mark as Completed.” The task status updates from In‑Progress to Completed. (Requirement 1.1.9.2)
  4. System sends a notification to Brian, informing him that Peter has marked the task as completed and that the task is now closed. (Requirement 1.2.1.1)

🧾 Postconditions / Outcome

  • ✅ “Writing Lesson Needed” is now Completed on Peter’s Dashboard.
  • ✅ Brian has been notified about the task completion.
  • ✅ Peter’s goal—to finalize and close out the writing lessons task—has been accomplished.
