- The scope of the elicitation questions was discussed, and it was decided to seek clarification from the instructor during the next class.
- Consideration was given to how improvements should be made to Ali’s current draft.
- It was agreed that specific requirements will be included in the elicitation process.
- To ensure that each member contributes to the elicitation questions and requirements, the team was divided into four groups. Ebru will create issues for each group and assign the members.
- Acceptance criteria for each groups work was determined.
- All discussions will be conducted exclusively through issues to maintain clear documentation and accountability.
- Each group is expected to complete their assigned tasks by Tuesday.
- Eray will create Slack channels for each group to facilitate communication. All members will have access to these channels.
