This document outlines the communication channels and practices our team will follow throughout the project to ensure efficient and clear collaboration.
Communication Channels
| Channel | Availability | Purpose |

| Google Meet | Weekly Meetings (Every Thursday at 8 or 9 PM) | To conduct overall discussions, share updates between teams (backend, frontend, mobile) |
| All-Time | To serve as a rapid communication tool for urgent matters, set up extra meetings, ask implementation-related questions | |
| Slack | All-Time | To share important announcements, updates, resources, want reviews to issues |
