  • Next Meeting:

    • Team decided to meet Monday after 17:00 for final checks and review.

  • Deployment & Demo:

    • Deployment will be followed by testing and trial runs.
    • Documentation and demo scenario preparation will be practiced in next meeting.

  • Documentation Status:

    • Mobile, Frontend, and Backend documentation not yet complete.
    • All documentation to be finalized by Saturday (19/10/2025) 19:00.

  • Backend:

    • Questions raised about the status of photo-related functions.

  • Mobile:

    • All features implemented, but some bugs remain.

  • Frontend:

    • Category filtering feature needs to be completed.
    • Volunteer selection bugs identified.

  • Synchronization:

    • Categories to be synchronized between Frontend and Mobile.
