Discussion
- We went over the customer meeting notes. Mindstorming around the possible changes for requirements and assigned people for this.
- We reviewed a scenario and went over briefly about the rules for scenarios. They shouldn't have almost any overlap of requirements intended to be covered.
- We went over current requirements and reviewed them together. Some mistakes about being vague or not being possible to technically validate and possible updates are discussed.
- We discussed about how to improve the affect and efficiency of the discussion page. We decided to do the changes if we get at least a positive comment about it.
- We went over open issues. Closed review issue since it has being done in discussion page now.
- We highlighted the importance of real actions as soon as possible. So, we want assignees to create their issues same day with the meetings if it is technically possible.
- We discussed about the task division strategy for uml diagrams. Every member is going to learn more about uml diagrams and prepare their own draft user case diagrams. Then we are going to discuss and finalize it in second meeting. We have decided to have 2nd meeting of the week on Monday evening.
