• All implementation details for Milestone 1 have been completed, except the Logging Waste function and some API calls.
• Backend integration is in place for login and registration API calls.
• The next steps have been communicated to the rest of the team.
• We’ve outlined the tasks required before the first milestone deadline and assigned them accordingly.
• All team members have committed to remain available and maintain rapid communication until the deadline.
