Agenda

  1. Finalize Milestone 2 demo preparation tasks and contributions.
  2. Review status of demo scenario, demo flow, data generation, deployment, and report writing.
  3. Consolidate remaining tasks before the Milestone 2 demo.

Discussion Items

  1. Report Preparation:
    Team members contributed various subsections of the Milestone 2 Demo Preparation Report, including Status of Software, Demo Plan & Cases, and Data Generation Strategy.
    Conflicts in documentation-related PRs were resolved and merged successfully.

  2. Demo Scenario & Flow:
    The main MVP scenario and demo flow were prepared collaboratively. Team members refined the flow, reviewed each step, and ensured clarity for the upcoming demo.
    Additional feedback was provided to improve narrative and consistency.

  3. Deployment & Infrastructure:
    A new DigitalOcean machine was created, and the backend application was deployed.
    Server migration tasks were completed, including creation of necessary space objects and verification of system stability.
