1st Milestone due 21 October

Focus Areas	Tasks
Team Processes	- Integrate new members, form subteams.- Create communication plan.- Create general plan outline.
Repository	- Archive the old project.- Write the lab reports according to the guideline.
Revise Requirements	- Update the old requirements and add new ones according to the new expectations.
Design	- Revise the design of the project according to the new requirements.
Deployment	- Deploy the application using Docker.- Check possible bugs before the milestone.

2nd Milestone due 25 November

Focus Areas	Tasks
Implementation of Main Functionalities	- Implement the essential functionalities.- Prepare tests to verify the implemented functionalities.
Deployment	- Successfully deploy the application on Docker after implementing the essential functionalities.
Repository	- Prepare the updated API documentation.- Prepare the devops documentation.
Presentation	- Prepare for the presentation.

3rd Milestone due 16 December

Focus Areas	Tasks
Finalization	- Finish implementing the remaining functionalities on all aspects of the application i.e. backend, frontend, mobile.- Prepare tests to verify the newly implemented functionalities.
Deployment	- Succesfully deploy the application on Docker after implementing the remaining functionalities.- Build an APK for the mobile version of the application.
Repository	- Prepare the updated API documentation.- Update the devops documentation if needed.
Presentation	- Populate the application with data for the demo/presentation. - Come up with a scenerio and prepare for the application according to that scenerio.
