Roles

• Bartu: Plays himself (New Employee/Admin) & "Normal User"
• Yusuf: Plays "Granddad" (Bad eyesight, old-fashioned user)

Props

• Two pairs of glasses (one "broken", one spare)

• Tab A: Granddad’s Account (Logged in)
• Tab B: Bartu’s Account (Admin view ready)

Part 1: The Moderator & The Hater

(Scene starts with Bartu scrolling on his laptop. Yusuf enters/sits next to him.)

Yusuf: Bartu, my boy! How is the new job going? Have you gotten used to the corporate life yet?

Bartu: It’s going great, Granddad. I’ve actually been promoted to an Admin role because of my consistent performance. I have access to the Moderator Page now.

Yusuf: [Grumbling] Admin, eh? Well, use your admin powers to fix this then. Look at this notification on my post. Some hooligan is commenting nasty things.

[ACTION]: Navigate to Yusuf’s Post. Show the Hateful Comment: "This is not a place for old geezers like you, get off the app or i will hack your account myself."

Yusuf: He is threatening me, this is a reall bad behaviour. What will happen if he hacks my account!

Bartu: Whoa, that’s a serious violation. Listen, I can’t just delete it arbitrarily. You have to Report it first. That sends it to my queue.

Yusuf: Alright, let's see... click here... "Report."

[ACTION]: Yusuf clicks Report -> Selects reason -> Submits.

Bartu: Okay, now watch this. I’m switching to my Admin view.

[ACTION]: Switch to Admin Dashboard. Show "Pending Reports." Click on the new report.

Bartu: I see the report. I’m inspecting the content... definitely violates policy. I’m deleting the comment and marking the report as "Handled."

[ACTION]: Bartu performs the moderation action.

Yusuf: Oh! I just got a notification. "Report handled." That was fast. You’re a good worker, Bartu.

Part 2: Security & The Broken Glasses

Bartu: Thanks, Granddad. Also you don't have to worry about your info in our app, we don't store any sensitive information of the users. But seriously, people threatening you digitally scary. You use the same password for everything. You need to update it.

Yusuf: [Sighs] Fine. I’ll go to my profile... Edit Profile... Change Password.

[ACTION]: Yusuf navigates to Settings/Reset Password.

Yusuf: I’ll just use "123456" so I don't forget it.

[ACTION]: Yusuf types "123456". System throws ERROR: "Password too weak."

Bartu: See? The system won’t let you be unsafe. Try something stronger.

Yusuf: Fine, fine. [Types strong password]... Okay, it accepted it.

(PHYSICAL ACTING: Yusuf knocks his glasses off the table. He fumbles them.)

Yusuf: Oh no! My glasses! They fell... I think the lens popped out. I can’t see a thing without them! Bartu, the screen is just a blur.

Bartu: Don't move, Granddad. I’ll turn on VoiceOver for you so you can navigate while I grab your spare pair from the bedroom.

[ACTION]: Bartu clicks the Accessibility/VoiceOver toggle. Audio: "VoiceOver Activated."

Yusuf: [Listening to the audio cue] Okay, hurry up!

Bartu: Actually, give me those broken ones. I'm going to recycle the frame. You can log it on my account real quick.

[ACTION]: Yusuf goes to Challenge Screen vreates a glass challenge and logs it.

(PHYSICAL ACTING: Bartu runs off-screen to "get glasses".)

Part 3: Challenges & Gamification

(PHYSICAL ACTING: Bartu runs back in with the spare glasses.)

Bartu: Here you go. Put these on.

Yusuf: [Puts on glasses] Ah, much better. Turn that talking voice off now.

[ACTION]: Toggle VoiceOver OFF.

Yusuf: Also i logged the glasses, but you may want to log it to your goals too.

Part 4: Badges & The Party

Bartu: Thanks, will do! (Logs the eyeglasses, earns a badge).

Bartu: Wait, Granddad, did you see my glass progress. I think I just hit a milestone for consistency!

[ACTION]: Navigate to main page. A "New Badge Earned" notification/animation appears. They check the notification ans see bartu get the "glass saver" badge.

Yusuf: I have some badges as well, want to compare? (competetively)

[ACTION]: They both show their badges to each other, bartu seems a little better. Bartu tells, if he liked the badges he will like whats new with the app.

Bartu: Te new Points System update is also live. I actually worked on that. Since you logged your old glasses, check the Challenges tab.

[ACTION]: Navigate to "Open Challenges." Show 5 active challenges.

Yusuf: Oh, look at that. "Glass Recycling Challenge." I have points here?

Bartu: Yes! Look at your contribution.

[ACTION]: Click into the Challenge details. Show the progress bar and points.

Yusuf: I like this. It makes me want to beat the neighbors. But wait, how much have I actually done in total?

Bartu: Check your Impact Screen.

[ACTION]: Navigate to Impact Screen. Show CO2 saved and Trees saved stats.

Yusuf: Ha! I’ve saved more trees than you. Respect your elders, boy!

Bartu: [Laughs] Okay, okay. You win this round, Granddad.
