  • The team reviewed progress from the previous milestone and discussed areas for improvement in task coordination and communication.
  • Backend integration and front-end synchronization took longer than expected due to unclear API specifications.
  • Improved documentation and clearer task ownership were agreed upon for the next phase.

Goals / Objectives for MVP

The MVP will focus on implementing and stabilizing the core features of the platform to ensure a functional prototype for initial internal testing.

  • AI Suggestion System

    • Home Page Module: Implement AI-driven content suggestions on the main dashboard.
    • Goal Module: Integrate AI recommendations for user goal creation and tracking.

  • User Experience Enhancements

    • Profile Click-Routing & Search Bar : Enable seamless navigation to user profiles and implement a working search functionality.
    • Mobile Mentor : Develop mobile mentor interface ensuring cross-platform compatibility.

  • Backend & Frontend Integration

    • Mentor Management: Build and connect mentor backend services with the web interface.
    • Reporting: Create a reporting dashboard for data visualization and performance metrics.

  • Community Features

    • Challenge Linking: Enable dynamic linking between forum discussions and challenges.
    • Forum Moderation Tools: Implement delete/update capabilities for forum posts.
    • Challenge Difficulty Specification: Add metadata to challenges to indicate difficulty levels.

  • Future Enhancements

    • Badges System: To be defined in the next sprint once base functionalities are stable.
