Meeting Notes

Date: 22.02.2025

Time: 18.30 - 19.10

Upon deciding to work on the Project #12 (Youth Sports & Fitness Hub) by a poll on WhatsApp, determining and sharing the first tasks of the project.
Discussing the possible requirements and scenarios.

Glossary : Everybody will add their own related words to glossary while working on the requirements. After requirements are completed, we will scan for missing keywords to include in the glossary.
Requirements : The requirements will be organized nicely and 8 out of 11 of us will work on different types of requirements. They will be regularly updated throughout the semester. The determined types of requirements:

User Requirements:
- Account & Profile
- Login & Registration
- Social Interaction
System Requirements:
- Goal & Reward
- Interactive Directory
- Challenges & Leaderboards
- Forums
Scenarios : 3 People will work on creating scenarios, 2 scenario each. Determined scenarios are:
1. Searching about a particular sports program
2. User registration and goals
3. Mentor registration
4. Reward claim (What are rewards?)
5. Leaderboard & goal (How will the leaderboard function?)
6. User & coach contact (Will there be a chat of some sort?)
Elicitation Questions : There will be a discussion page for the Elicitation Questions. They will be updated regularly.
Working on a single page simultaneously : Since the GitHub pages can cause problems if multiple users try to edit the page at the same time, we will work on a Google Doc to see the simultaneous changes.
