Agenda: First meeting, initializing general process as a team

Discussion Items:

• How to accomplish tasks presented in Moodle Announcements
• Deciding on label namings
• How to open issues
• How to edit wiki

Action Items:

• Everyone will upload their images to image directory
• Everyone will create issue about wiki in which they introduce themselves
• Everyone will create issue about their learning journey about Git
• Everyone will edit their own introduction wiki
• Everyone will contribute to “How to use Git?” file
• When assigned collaborator, Mustafa will add Meeting Notes to the repository’s wiki

Başar Temiz is decided to be the team leader.

Mustafa Ocak is assigned to take notes from meetings.

Added everyone to the GitHub repository. (Some are still waiting for assistant’s or instructor’s action to be added to team repository as contributors)

Investigated labels as a group. Learned conventions about naming the labels. Added labels regarding urgency / priority. Decided how to customize our labels.

Eren Akçin shared his screen and taught the team how to open an issue and select the labels.

Everyone (except few unadded students) created their own wiki page introducing themselves.

Meeting days & times will be decided by WhatsApp polls.

WhatsApp is used for basic communication needs. Zoom is used for video meetings.
