Agenda:

  • Revisit Requirements: Assess your current status, which requirements will you cover for final delivery? What is your plan to address any requirements that are not yet fully implemented?

  • Acceptance Test Planning: How will you plan and structure your acceptance tests? What acceptance criteria will you use to validate that you are building "the right thing" from a stakeholder/user perspective?

  • Current Compliance Status: What is your current compliance status for each standard? What is your plan to address any compliance gaps? How will you ensure full compliance before final delivery?

  • User Experience Assessment: What feedback have you received from users or stakeholders about the user experience? What UX improvements are needed, and what are your UX goals for final delivery?

Discussion Items:

  • The most important requirements that we plan to have in the Final Milestone will be discussed and identified, and related task assignments will be made.
  • Task distribution will be done for preparing the Lab 8: Requirements Review & Acceptance Planning report.
  • The Demo 2 feedback will be evaluated, missing points will be reviewed, and a plan will be made for the final milestone.
