Meeting Purpose

To finalize the components of the Milestone 2 Demo, including the data strategy, presentation flow, and key scenarios. The meeting also focused on reviewing compliance with Customer Milestone 2 deliverables and compiling the "Lab 7: Milestone 2 Demo Preparation" report.

Summary of Decisions and Tasks

• Milestone Preparation & Structure: Asya prepared the comprehensive template for the "Milestone preparation report." This structure served as the basis for the team's collaborative work, ensuring all required sections from data strategy to compliance status were addressed systematically.

• Demo Data Strategy: Umut developed and wrote the "Demo data strategy" section. The team agreed on this outlined approach for generating and managing test/demo data to ensure the presentation features realistic and robust scenarios.

• Demo Cases (Frontend & Mobile): Samed and Berkay focused on the practical content of the demo. Samed improved and created demo cases for the web interface, ensuring the content is realistic and well-populated while Berkay handled the mobile platform, detailing the demo cases to ensure parity and quality across both platforms.

• Presentation Flow: Başar finalized the "Demo plan", outlining the specific presentation flow and identifying the key scenarios to be showcased. The team reviewed this flow to ensure it effectively demonstrates the application's core value within the time limits.

• Requirements Compliance: Ceyda assessed the "Status of software requirements compliance" regarding the Customer Milestone 2 Deliverables. This included a status check and workload estimates for pending items on both mobile and web platforms, ensuring the team is aware of the remaining effort required.

Documentation & Project Content

We created the Lab 7: Milestone 2 Demo Preparation report on our project wiki. This document synthesizes our demo strategy, detailed demo cases for web and mobile, the presentation plan, and our current requirements compliance status, satisfying the deliverables for this week's lab.

Conclusion & Next Steps

The team has successfully established a clear and practiced plan for the Milestone 2 Demo. By defining a solid data strategy and creating realistic content for both frontend and mobile, we are prepared to showcase the application effectively.

Moving forward, the team will focus on executing the demo plan finalized by Başar and addressing the compliance gaps identified by Ceyda. Our immediate next step is to rehearse the presentation flow using the single-computer setup as planned, ensuring a smooth delivery during the actual milestone presentation.
