Summary of Decisions and Tasks

• Deployment & Infrastructure

  • Backend and frontend were successfully deployed both locally and on a new DigitalOcean server created by Eren and Umut.
  • Deployment script was prepared to automate hosting.
  • Multiple members contributed to resolving deployment errors and ensuring compatibility with new host IPs.

• Documentation & Project Content

  • Introduction and Overall Description sections were revised and finalized by Samed and Mert.
  • Demo Structure and User Scenarios page was expanded with new content and finalized introduction.
  • Customer feedback was integrated into the requirements document by Asya Su, who also created the related issue (#332).

• Issue Management & Coordination

  • New GitHub issues created: #332, #333, #334, #335; issue #336 and 337 was closed.
  • Team continued to track progress through GitHub issues and local testing.
