• Clarifications about customer expectations for requirement structure
• Debate on what constitutes functional vs. non-functional requirements
• Agreement on consistent terminology (“system” vs. “platform”)
• Adjustments for clearer separation and readability of requirement items

Actions:

• Split 1.1.1 into two separate requirements
• Move 1.1.4 into non-functional requirements
• Move 1.1.5 into non-functional requirements
• Replace all instances of “platform” with “system” for uniformity
• Remove explicit mention of “charts” where unnecessary
