Communication Channels
1. WhatsApp Group
- A dedicated WhatsApp group has been created for quick communication and updates.
- All members are expected to join and actively check for announcements, reminders, or discussions.
2. Online Meetings
- Platform: Google Meet
- Frequency: Weekly (specific day/time will be determined via WhatsApp poll)
- Meetings are to be used for progress updates, issue resolution, and planning next steps.
3. GitHub Issues
- Primary platform for project-related discussions and task tracking
- All project-related issues, bugs, or tasks must be created and tracked in GitHub Issues.
- Team members should assign, comment, and close issues as appropriate.
Meeting Guidelines
- Meeting Frequency: Once a week via Google Meet.
- Note Taker: At the beginning of each meeting, a note taker will be appointed from among the attendees.
- The note taker is responsible for summarizing key decisions, actions, and next steps.
- Notes should be uploaded to the repository or a shared document after each meeting.
Responsibilities
- Group Leader:
- Prepare the meeting agenda and share it with the team before the meetings.
- All members:
- Actively participate in WhatsApp group and meetings.
- Keep GitHub Issues up to date with progress.
- Meeting note taker:
- Document and share concise notes after each meeting.
