👥 Attendees
- Unfortunately, we don’t have proper attendance record for this week. That day coincided with the midterm exam, and some of us were also outside due to the events surrounding and public gatherings. The situation was a bit chaotic, so I’m stepping in to report ths week instead.
📌 Agenda
This week we focus on nontechnical situations. The main theme is team dynamics and collaboration
- Address task division and initiative-related challenges within the group
- Discuss the assignment for a weekly moderator role
- Discuss the need for overseers to ensure coherence
- Address coherence and structural issues within the repository
- Discuss general review of the repository
💬 Discussion Topics
- So far, we tried to do a task-pool-based workflow, where people take tasks out of the pool voluntarily, which failed and caused some tasks to be left unaddressed. We are going to change our approach.
- We need stricter weekly planning and commitment.
- We need to follow the task terminations strictly.
- We should focus on finishing the general review as soon as possible.
- Also, Başak and Bahadır offered to help with keeping track of the bigger picture informally. There are no titles for this, just voluntarily tracking the integrity

From now on, that week's note taker has to (at least 2 days before):
- Create an issue for the meeting
- Determine the agenda
- Be prepared to moderate the weekly
- Be prepared to determine the workload with the team
- Be ready to divide and assign tasks
