Discussions

  • Project shall include a search engine, API usage and like/follow/comment features
  • Discussed about a variety of project ideas such as food recipe page, restaurant suggestion page, car gallery page, rate my professor app, dating app which requires a university mail (maybe just mails with boun extension can be accepted) or an app for sharing traveling routes.
  • Sharing traveling routes app is chosen and it will include historical places in the map and information about those places will be pulled from wikipedia.
  • Traveling routes with a total duration of route and traveling points such as "I walked down to the centre and ate food in this restaurant". And a total money spent for this route may be shared.
  • BUROTA is settled as our application's name.
  • Elicitation questions' scope was discussed. It shall include questions about both server point of view and user point of view.
  • For each subgroup there shall be a sub-commumicator which will transfer informations/decisions taken between task groups.
  • Groups are decided as follows: Elicitation Group - Ceylin, Eray, Mustafa (sub-comm); Requirements - Yiğit, Özgür, Ahmet Burak, Halil (sub-comm); Mock up - Berkay, Emin, Taha, Kristina (sub-comm)
  • Communicators will decide the applications scope and its frame until Saturday morning.
  • An extra meeting will be held on Sunday.
